Charter Ordinance No. 140-2006-013
A CHARTER ORDINANCE REPEALING CHARTER ORDINANCE NO. 140-1995-010, REGARDING EXEMPTING THE CITY OF HESSTON, KANSAS, FROM THE PROVISIONS OF K.S.A. 14-111 AND PROVIDING SUBSTITUTE PROVISIONS ON THE SAME SUBJECT.
Section 1.
Authority. The City of Hesston, Kansas, by virtue of the power vested in it by Article 12, Section 5 of the Constitution of the State of Kansas, hereby elects to repeal Charter Ordinance No. 140-1995-010 regarding exempting the City of Hesston from the provisions of K.S.A. 14-111.
Section 2. Repeal. Charter Ordinance No. 140-1995-010 is hereby repealed.
