Charter Ordinance No. 140-2004-012
A CHARTER ORDINANCE REPEALING CHARTER ORDINANCE NO. 140-1981-003, REGARDING THE MILL LEVY LIMITATION FOR LIBRARY PURPOSES.
Section 1.
Authority. The City of Hesston, Kansas, by virtue of the power vested in it by Article 12, Section 5 of the Constitution of the State of Kansas, hereby elects to repeal Charter Ordinance No. 140-1981-003 regarding the mill levy limitation for library purposes.
Section 2. Repeal. Charter Ordinance No. 140-1981-003 is hereby repealed.
